R&B was founded in 2013 by Ruth and Ben in Vancouver, WA, with the goal of providing "Comprehensive Bookkeeping with Integrity". Today we provide complete bookkeeping and payroll services to small businesses across the US. We are also members of the National Association of Certified Public Bookkeepers.

What do I bring to the table?
- 30 years in full cycle accounting; From bank transactions to Financial Statements.
- I am an active member of the community and serve as a current member of a board of directors for a local Non Profit Association.
- Clean-Ups: I have dedicated years in my field to helping companies who are years behind, books that are in disarray, messy and unreconciled.
- Internal Controls: Assisting companies/organizations to identify areas of weakness in processes and creating segregation of duties to close the gap and give business owners security that they will not be stolen from.
- Payroll Processing
- Sales Tax/1099 Preparation: I will discuss and can file your quarterly taxes for you. For an additional fee, I will also prep and file your yearly 1099’s for you.
- Year end planning and work with your Tax professional to provide accurate books for your year end tax filings.

As Founder of R&B Bookkeeping Services, Ruth has 30 years’ experience in bookkeeping and payroll for small-to-medium sized businesses. Additionally, she has 12 years’ experience in Medical Billing. Ben Ehrhardt
Ben, our Co-founder, has had several successful businesses over the last 30 years. His extensive experience in retail business, commercial construction and bookkeeping have helped him to understand all aspects of small business management.
